The Project
The Factory Creative was commissioned by L’Oréal Nordics to produce a suite of video content for their bi-annual One Nordic event — a two-day internal experience uniting L’Oréal teams from across Denmark, Sweden, Norway, and Finland.
Hosted in Copenhagen, the 2025 edition explored how technology and innovation are shaping the future of beauty, with the event’s creative identity inspired by both the northern lights and digital transformation.
Our Role
Tasked with developing a series of five films for live presentation, our team travelled to all four Nordic countries to capture a mix of brand stories, cultural insight, and team narratives. Each film was crafted to celebrate L’Oréal’s core themes of Energy, Pride, Togetherness, and Nordic identity, with a focus on creative storytelling that connected employees across the region.
The featured film, “Win at Skin,” highlighted L’Oréal’s advancements in skincare and beauty tech — blending cinematic visuals with brand storytelling to energize and inspire teams during the live event.
